I am ready to run the Joomla 5 update and I am getting the following warnings in the pre-update Extensions tab for System - RSForm! Pro Delete Submissions, System - RSForm! Pro, and System - RSForm! pro Legacy Layouts. The warning is: "Potential Upgrade Issue".

I ran the upgrade and got a bunch of errors so I restored from backup. I checked and RSForm! Pro is at version 3.3.3. RSForm! Pro Delete Submissions is at version 1.0.0. And Legacy Layouts is at version 1.0.3. I don't see the last two plugins in your plugin list, so I assume they are built into the main component installer.

What can I do?

My colleague answered this in your submitted ticket, but I will share the reply here as well for other users.

RSForm!Pro is Joomla! 5 compatible, what you've encountered in the Pre-Update Check for the System - RSForm! Pro Delete Submissions is a "false positive" from Joomla! that they still haven't solved - plugins that do not have an update server (the Delete Submissions plugin is part of the RSForm!Pro package and cannot be installed / downloaded separately) will show up like this since Joomla! cannot get any upgrade information for them. You can safely ignore this warning and hopefully in the future they'll fix this.

You should however make sure that you're using the latest RSForm!Pro System plugin version before checking this once more.

The RSForm!Pro Legacy Plugin is intended for legacy Joomla! 3 installations, though you can't install the latest version on Joomla! 4 or 5, you can ignore this as well.

Also a full backup is recommended before major updates, thus we recommend firstly test this on a development environment before applying the update to the live site.
