The The Google Maps API server rejected your request. The "sensor" parameter specified in the request must be set to either "true" or "false" error is oftenly being generated by the fact that you are running a CSS and Javascript compression tool on your Joomla! installation. Sometimes these tools do not properly compress CSS and Javascript, resulting in errors like the present one.
To fix this, please disable any component or plugin which includes this type of functionality (CSS and Javascript compression).
If you are using a RocketTheme template, look for the RokBooster plugin in Extensions >> Plug-in Manager and disable it.
