Free Text

The Free text form element is a simple HTML block. This can be very useful when trying to add a form header or footer for example. You can configure the following tabs:

General tab

Name: the name of the form component. This needs to be unique for each form. It can contain only alphanumeric chars. The name of the field is only used for internal reference - it will not be displayed in the front-end area.

HTML tab

You can use this area to add HTML or plain text to the form using the default Joomla! editor configured under Global Configuration area.
