CSV file empty - tmp path not correct or insuficient permissions.

If you receive an empty CSV file when trying to export your form submissions, please double check the following settings:

  • make sure that your configured tmp folder is writable;
  • the path to your tmp folder is correctly set in Site > Global Configuration > Server.
