SQL error when installing RSForm!Pro

Some users have received the following error when attempting to install RSForm!Pro:


1146 Table 'databasename.databasename_rsform_config' doesn't exist SQL=UPDATE databasename_rsform_config SET `SettingValue`='0' WHERE `SettingName`='global.debug.mode'


This issue is, most likely, occuring because the following folders:


  • /components/com_rsform

    • and

  • /administrator/components/com_rsform

already exist within your website's folder.


To fix this, simply delete (or rename) the folders mentioned above and install the component again.
