This episode presents the most important RSBlog! features available for the frontend users.
Frontend features:
- 1. You can use the menu items to display RSBlog! articles.
- 2. RSBlog! has all the web 2.0 elements included: social media integration, RSS feeds, trackbacks & pingbacks, integration with popular Joomla! commenting extensions.
- 3. If allowed, users can view, edit, delete or submit blog articles in frontend.
- 4. In frontend, you can display a tag cloud using the menu link or the RSBlog! Module.
- 5. You can set posts sticky and password protect them.
- 6. Using the RSBlog! Archive Module, you can display in frontend archived blog posts.
- 7. Using the Category Module, you can display blog categories in a module position.
- 8. The Calendar Module displays the current month and highlights the days which contain posts in your blog.
