RSMail! - Joomla! newsletter extension

We have included in RSMail! rev. 9 the bounce email handling feature, since it’s the most requested on the RSMail! feedback and the ability to create newsletters directly from K2 articles.

1. Bounce email handling:

This marketing term refers to email deliverability rate and it's an indicator of your newsletter campaign success.
The bounce email shows the rate of undeliverable emails because of the server or software issues and wrong user addresses.
Basically, this percent reveals how many of your subscribers have received your emails.

e.g. A bounce rate equal with 0% indicates a 100% deliverability rate.

Since the Reporting Tool feature was the most requested on the feedback page, we have included it in the new RSTickets!Pro, so you can measure the quality of your Joomla! support department in a professional way .
These reports can show you how active and efficient are your staff members and how engaged and satisfied are your customers.

Reports and filters

The Reporting Tool includes 6 reports and 5 filters, to refine the results and generate reports with different levels of complexity. The charts will reveal the evolution of the support department. Below the chart, RSTickets!Pro calculates the minimum, maximum, average and the total of items for the chosen time unit.

RSFeedback! - Joomla! Feedback extension

Last year we’ve implemented on our website a popular feedback system, because we’ve needed a way to gather all users suggestions and ideas.

After a while, some of our users expressed their desire to develop a feedback component. Because the idea became popular shortly after submission, we thought:
“Why not have our own Joomla! feedback extension?”
So we've accepted the project.

Users - vote, promote and spread ideas and suggestions

Why not allow your audience to express their ideas, suggestions and empower them to vote on your next projects or product features ?

Vote & Promote

RSFeedback! demonstrates its flexibility both in frontend as well as in the backend panel.
If allowed, users can add new categories, feedbacks or vote for the existing ones. Each user/guest can vote multiple times, depending on the maximum number of votes allowed by the administrator. This number can be configured from the backend panel, in the "Settings" tab.

RSFirewall! - Joomla! security extension

Starting with RSFirewall! rev. 15, we have introduced a new Active Scanner option :
user-agents check for common malware user agents.

Basically, when the Active Scan runs (is enabled from the RSFirewall! configuration), it will look for automated scripts meant to scan websites for vulnerabilities. These will be detected with the help of user agents and will be blocked and reported into the log.

The option is active by default, but if you don't want to perform this task you can disable it from Firewall! Configuration:
Components - > RSFirewall! -> Firewall Configuration -> RSFirewall! Active Scanner.
