We are all grateful for the new Joomla! 1.6 version and can't wait to make use of its new features and capabilities.
The new version comes with cool new features for all of us:
- an increased template flexibility for designers
- new ACL structure for developers
- improved backend usability for administrators and webmasters as well.
Kristoffer Sandven from www.joomlablogger.net has created an infographic, that perfectly illustrates these new core functionalities.
The rsjoomla.com team has been preparing for this for some time. All of our extensions will be 1.6 compatible in the near future (except for RSform! and RSTickets! light, which will not be available for Joomla! 1.6).
Until now, we have been busy with the update for RSFirewall!, RSSeo!, RSFiles! and RSMail! and we’re already working on new updates for the other RSJoomla! extensions.
