RSTickets!Pro's Cron plugin now offers the possibility to block emails received from specified addresses.

This plugin controls a very important part of RSTickets!Pro's functionality, using it you can transform emails received on a certain account into support tickets.


Blocking emails


The update introduces a new feature - blocking emails that arrive from certain senders.


Using the * Wildcard


When specifying the email addresses (each on a new line), you can use the * wildcard if, for example, you wish to restrict all addresses that belong to the same email service (e.g. *@domain.com).
