RSSearch returning irrelevant results

As discussed with Adrian from RSJoomla,

RSsearch currently returns all articles which contain a "part" of the search string... not just the search string.

For instance, a search for "king" will return all articles with words like "working", "speaking", "talking", "barking", etc.

The correct behaviour would be to return articles which contain the exact search phrase.
OR...
add a mechanism to allow the user to search for an exact match and dismiss results
