Payment Gateway - Alipay

Chinese joomla developers and enthusiasts more and more, but many of the plug-ins don't have Chinese support and not PayPal payment, so many fans discouraged, I believe it is easy to develop the Alipay payment for rsmembership.
Alipay is not paypal, it is not a sandbox environment, but I'm in China, I can provide test accounts.
