Form Field Variable Pricing

This feature request is to have more control over listing pricing.

Currently the publishing period pricing is set for the whole component, but this would be better if it was per form.

Also form fields like checkboxes, radios, and selects should have the ability to set the prices for each value (as well as flat rate for whole field like it is now).

This may be a stretch, but it would be great too if text boxes/description had options for settings price per word/character over a certain word count.
