Enable/Disable Search for Posts

It would be nice to have a way to exclude posts from search. We do a lot of drafting for posts prior to publishing them. Currently, the only way we can preview the post with how it will look on our site is by publishing the post. Once a post is published it becomes discoverable via search. Allowing a post to be search enabled or disabled would prevent that.

Another alternative would be to use access rights for posts and search. Essentially we could set the access rights to Author or Super User and then it could eliminate the results from search if a author/super user isn't the one logged in viewing the page.
