sort order of comments according to number of votes

There should be a possibility to sort comments according to number of votes, or letting us to use some mixed type of sorting like configurable number of comments with most votes at the top with some label "featured" for example. Below "featured" rest of the comments sorted by date.
Or simply give users a choice (by list) how they want to sort comments: by date, votes, number of chars etc.
