Better display of an answer in rscomments

Imagine there is user A and user B

When the user A is replying to B user comment is not clear that that's an answer.

There should be an automatic message like

A reply to B: bla bla bla

Also it should be more clear graphically:
the reply box should be more on the right and more close to first comment box (something like a tree or stuff like that)
