Redirecting to a goal page after a comment is left

Hi guys

it would be great if there would be a way to Redirect to a goal page after a comment is left on a page (good to track golas with analytics or any other system).

Customer is writing a comment> redirecting to /thank-you.html (like in rsform when a form is submitted)
