Add a scheduled xml import

For Real Estates, and probably other uses, most of the time we need to import periodically the new adds from an xml file, from a URL of another site.
It would be very usefull to have this scheduled function on RS Directory, on which we could select the frequency of imports (every hours, every 2 hours , every day at 1.am ....).
