RSComments activated by default :-(

Hi,

I've seen that, just after installed, the RSComments component activates automatically the comments in all articles. I have to edit each article to insert the html tag, then deactivate, to have the comments finaly deactivated.
In my opinion, it is not a good way. I would mainly prefer that the comments, deactivated by default, need to be activated one by one.
