Organizing Forms in Folders and Adding Form Status

The challenge is that after using and active site for a few years I have accumulated a lot of forms. I would like some way to organize them into folders, or assign categories to them (like articles) so I can filter on that core purpose.

Also, we can mark them as "Unpublished" be we cannot filter on that field. It would be also helpful to have a toggle that maintains state for seeing only active forms.

Both of these are critical features.
