Add conditional option to Additional Emails

It would really be great if the Additional Emails form has a panel with the conditional Fields. This way it will only send an email when certain settings are met with the IF statement just like in the Conditional Fields panel.

This way specific teammembers can be mailed when the related info is added to the form.
