Colour Coding By Status Similar to Priority Colouring

For priority codes, one can set a colour for the background and text and opt to have it colour the entire row in a list or just the priority cell.

It would be useful to do this for Statuses as well. Since we use more than the three standard status codes, and may add more later, like the Priorities, we would like to be able to have the row colour change automatically to reflect status. We envision the same four options as for priority. We think status would take a higher priority than priortiy code. :-) That is, if a colour is set by status to a whole row, that colour would apply to the whole row, except for the priority cell if it had colour applied.

I realise we can use CSS to chaneg the entire sin the table, such as what RSJoomla appear to do themselves, but it would be useful if it was simply an administrative task from configuration dashboard as it is for priority.
