Easy export to https://www.abuseipdb.com

Implement a feature allowing an easy export of RSFirewall logs to abuseipdb.com in their bulk reporter format (https://www.abuseipdb.com/bulk-report). This will allow us to put these logs to use.
There may be other reporting services out there aswell.
