Notes text field visible in the list of all entries

Please add a field or text area that is visible to the administrator only for notes in the list of directory entries on the back end. Currently, the only way to see the status of an entry in moderation is to open it. When tracking a number of entries that are in the process of being updated by third parties, it is time consuming to have to go and check to see if the issue for which an entry was flagged has been fixed. There are other ways in which admins will be able to use this kind of notes feature in the directory listing, too.
