Move data from old helpdesk system to the RSJoomla Helpdesk

We have recently upgraded our site. Unfortunately the old modules are not supported on the new Joomla version.

We would like to move all data from the old support system to RSticket Pro but unfortunately it is not available. It will be good to have data migration facility if possible.
