Class names and IDs for rows in block layout

I think it would be great to be able to insert our own class names and IDs into the properties for each row when using Block Layouts.

This would allow us to target and style individual rows, in particular for styles which we'd like to re-use across multiple forms. Simply having a field for class names and a field for an ID in the row "Options" pop would be great.
