cron sceduling of active scanner

We'd very much like to be able to set up the active scanner to run on a regular basis via a cron job with the output (less the interactive controls) that appears on screen being emailed to a specified email address.

The active scanner is great, but it only catches suspicious code when run and given that you ave to run it manually, that presents a problem for quality security practices. Receiving the active scanner report via an email allows for a quick review and if something new is out of place, an admin can log into the web site and take actions (such as running the active scanner manually to confirm the results).
