Recycle bin - accidental deletion of ticket

Once you delete a ticket it's gone forever. We've had accidents where someone deletes a ticket, and there's no coming back.

Suggestion:
Would be useful to have a recycle bin so that:-
1. When you delete, it automatically goes into recycle bin (Maybe there's no need for popup ..."Are you sure")
2. In recycle bin view, You can undelete selected tickets or empty the bin
