Email set up for admin briefcase folder

Hi,
Thank you it works.
However, I found another concern regarding email setting. When a user upload multiple files all together, for each file I am receiving separate email.
If a user upload more than thousand files all together and for each file I am receiving separate email then it will be a big problem for email.
So, is there any way to receive only one email when a user upload multiple files all together but keeping the files link in a single email?
