Cart-pluging email

Hi,

The cart-email as the "Registration email" need more options:
1/ The subject needs the {EventName} and {EventStartDateOnly}
2/ The header needs the {EventName} and {EventStartDateOnly}

These are the most useful for us at the moment - maybe other users has additional requests?
