Reply text line per ticket

Please add a response input box for each Ticket.
This response text can be added to the reply email to the user. Either in the Email by RSevents or RSform user reply mail.
Some extra information needs to be communicated to the user when certain ticket has been purchased. This solves this problem by adding the tag {TICKETNAME:response}
