ADMIN get notified by EMAIL when USER uploads file to there BRIEFCASE

It would be great if the ADMIN would get an email when the USER uploads a file to there own briefcase
As we use RSFILE for uploads and downloads of members files
As we are going to deal with over 50 + members and they need to know when a file was uploaded
I see that the USER gets and email if the ADMIN put something in there BRIEFCASE - but need it the other way as well
