List of the last completed forms

I have about 10 multi-page forms; the number is growing. I would like to have a list of all forms that have been completed by clients/users in a certain time period; for example, in the last 10 days or 2 weeks.

This list could be displayed, for example, in the RSForm Pro dashboard or in the 'Submissions' submenu.

The list should include:
Form ID and name, and date of last record.
