Email Notification Enhancement

I would like to be able to set up email notifications sent to the ticket requester each time there is a change in the status of their ticket, including for custom statuses. Currently, this functionality seems to only work upon closure of the ticket, based on default email templates in RSTickets Pro.
Desired Features
Send an automated email notification to the ticket requester whenever the status of their ticket changes (e.g., from "Open" to "Assigned", "On hold" or "Closed").
Ability to customize the content of this status change notification email.
Option to enable/disable this feature as needed.
Impact
This enhancement would allow for better communication with users, keeping them informed in real-time about the progress of their requests. This could significantly improve customer satisfaction and reduce the number of update requests.
Alternatives
If this exact feature is not feasible, alternative approaches or workarounds to achieve similar results would also be appreciated.
