Discounts in the admin panel

The recent addition for the admin panel to add tickets with the cart-plugin is great but lacks feature(s):
1/ as said before: ability to override the ticket limits that a subscriber may have at the frontend.
2/ Discovered today: can't apply discounts at the admin panel.
