Add alt-text

For accessibility for disabled people it would be necessary, to enter an alt-text. right now title and alt-text are the same. A screanreader would read the same text 2 times, which makes no sense. an alt text is the possibilty to describe blind people necessary information of the picture. thanks for considering.
