Split country code and phone number in two for admin emails and database store

First of all thank you so much fo develop so great plugin, i have been using it for years now and allways works great.

I recently added the phone number field with country code selection, and it works fine, but i need that the format of the phone be split in two to admin emails and database store, i mean:

Example in case of Mexico
I have now this +525536710081
And need to be like this [+52] 5536710081
