Alipay Payment Gateway Integration

RSEvent pro for Joomla 3.0 comes with Paypal and 2CO payment plugin,
but the world biggest now is Alipay (taking 95+ % of China market),
There is any possibility to include Alipay plugin as a native plugin of RS products.
Or any tutorial of integration ?
