New editable submission based on previous submission

So now the editable submissions are here, I'd like to have one extra feature.

I'd like users to be able to make a new submission, based on their old ones. So when they click the button, all the info is filled out in a new form, and they can edit it the way they want. And when they save it, this is just a new submission, on top of all previous submissions :)

Would be awesome!
