problem in export 15 years 1 week ago #10298

i have problem in rsform export. my language is persian. when a person to complete form in jomla it,s true but in export Characters encoding to collide.

Hello,

If the characters are displayed correctly in the "Manage submissions" tab then the export doesn't have any reason to not be completed correctly. Please make sure that you set the encoding for the CSV file to UTF8 NO BOM.
