TOPIC: Check Box Group not submitting data

Hi
I have a Pro form set up with text boxes, drop downs ect.
Everything works fine but the Check box group. The there is no data sent to the back end.
Drop down
Seminar Tuesday May 4th
1:00 pm
7:00 pm

The from is at www.wealthjourneytools.com/register.html
None of the check boxes work.
Can any one help me with this.

Hello,

Please try testing the form with one of the default Joomla! templates, for example:

www.wealthjourneytools.com/register.html?template=ja_purity

Let me know.
