Hi all,

I need to attach different files to user emails depending on the options chosen from a drop down list. For instance, if the user selects option A, a file called a.pdf will be attached to the email. If he chooses option B, b.pdf will be attached.

Does anyone know what the custom script could look like?

Hello,

You could try setting the dropdown items similar to "document name|description", for example:

a.pdf|option A

..then go to the "User emails" tab and use the dropdown's field placeholder in the "Location of file to attach" field. Please note that you will also have to set the path to the folder that contains your documents/pdfs.
