I need a more advanced Ticketing system.

Example:
customer goes to submit a ticket. They are asked a series of questions
such as: Name, Phone Number, Address, and then asked to series of questions about he problems they are having.

Example:
Options 1 - 3
1. Cannot receive calls
2. Cannot make calls
3. Bad quality

THEN depending on the answer they get another question and possible solutions.

IN the END they will submit a ticket which will contain all of this information along with there message.

I have both rsFormPro and rsTicketsPro -there must be a way to do this, right?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

At the moment there are no integrations available between our two components. The scenario you have described can be achieved, but it will require heavy custom scripting and source code modifications.
