every now and again on our registration forms we don’t get the email in email format

this is what we get

<script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'> \n <script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'> This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it <script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'>

I need help sorting this out urgently as my client wishes to begin registration for their tours asap.
