I created a form and added the ability to upload specific files. In the "Accepted Files", I added the following (a new line for each file type);

.pdf
.doc
.txt
.wpd
.rtf

In Joomla, I get the following error when testing the form;

JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
Warning! - Failed to move file.

The form message is indeed emailed and received but without the uploaded file.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

The approved extensions should be without ".".

The error is actually generated because you do not have writable permissions on the following folders:

- your configured destination folder (upload field properties)
- your Joomla tmp folder

I have set both joomla/tmp and components/com_rsform/uploads to writable for Owner, Group, and Public.

I have only "zip" in the Accepted Files.

But I am still getting an error.

Any thoughts

I encounter the same problem.
Permission level for tmp and upload were 755.
Setting the access rights to 777 didn't help.

Any help?

Hello,

I have the same problem. When I save the form and there is an attached file, I have an error message explaining to me that the file will not be moved ?? !! I checked that the tmp and upload directories are in 755.
Does a person have the solution? I am really blocked and my site should soon be put into production.

Thanks in advance.
