TOPIC: "Next" buttons in wizard don't work

"Next" buttons in wizard don't work 14 years 1 month ago #12810

I am running Joomla 1.5.22 and have tried RSForm with both IE and Firefox with the same result. I installed the basic RSFormPro module and tried to create a new form. First I tried the wizard. After I finish the first page of the design, if I click on "next" at the bottom or at the top rh side, nothing happens (this looks like a javascript button according to Firebug).

So, then I tried to set up a form manually. When I click on a form element on the left to add it, nothing happens again.

Any ideas, anyone? It is as if javascript is not being executed. This is the only module in my site where I have encountered a problem like this.

:( :( :(

I am encountering a similar problem, with some interesting additional issues which might help us figure this out.

Also running Joomla! 1.5.22 and have tested in multiple browsers on multiple OS.

I CAN create new forms and edit them with both the Wizard or manually.

But my client is having the same problems that you are. She can open the RSForm Pro component and see the list of forms, but can not edit them or create a new one. Clicking "New" or "Form ID" results in nothing happening. Just sits there.

When she clicks "Next" or "2" to navigate to another page in the list of forms that I created, she is taken back to the main control panel for RS Form Pro.

No idea why this is happening for her but not me. I might create another superadministrator user account in Joomla! and have her log in using that just to see if that matters, but it shouldn't.
