I have created a simple form and can now edit it, look at stats for it, interact with it in every way in the admin area.

But my client who I set up the form for can not edit anything. Her login to joomla admin has the same superadministrator rights as my login does, but she can not interact with the form in any way. She can open the RSForm Pro component and can view the list of forms, but then can't interact in any way.

Any ideas on this? We are both using Firefox, and I've tested this in multiple browsers on both Mac OSX and Windows.

EDIT: Client says that when she clicks on "Form ID" to sort the list of forms or "New" to create a new form, nothing happens. When she clicks "Next", "2" or "3" to move to the next page of forms in the list, she is taken back to the RS Form Pro home page.
