Hi to all, sorry for my ignorance, I have three simple questions:

1 What are differences from a Content Construction and Forms components?
- Content Construction
- Forms

2 What are main differences from BreezingForms - RSform Pro - ChronoForms - Fabrik?

3 Can RSform Pro work with Joomla Multi Site (sharing forms) ?

Many Thanks

Hello,

1. RSform!Pro is a general form component, not specialized in content building. Due to its flexible nature, it can be adjusted to create content, via some custom scripting or third party plugins (such as form2content for example).

2. Unfortunately I cannot offer you an objective opinion. You can test RSForm!Pro for yourself here:

demo.rsjoomla.com
demo.rsjoomla.com/administrator

the product documentation is available here:

www.rsjoomla.com/customer-support/docume...-pro-user-guide.html

3. RSform!Pro was designed for the standard Joomla! functionality, not Joomla! multi site usage.

Hello,
I was just about to post on the same subject!

This is an important topic for me, as I have been looking at various CCKs lately (Seblod, K2, Zoo, and Form2Content).

A CCK might be overkill for me, as I just need to accomplish these things:
1. Allow certain users to access certain forms.
2. Generate articles from submitted forms (perhaps using fields).
3. Allow users to edit their form entries, thereby editing generated articles.

It seems RSForm Pro is so close to being able to do this. We know that all the form entries are mapped to database tables. The question is, how do we then grab those entries and plug them into articles?

I'm not a coder, so maybe I'm simplifying things too much. But is this possible?

Thanks,
Matt
