TOPIC: pressing submit resets the form - no email sent

pressing submit resets the form - no email sent 13 years 10 months ago #13745

I have rsForm pro installed on a number of websites, all of which are on the same server. all but one of the installations are working fine.

when the user presses 'submit'the form appears to reset - with no email being sent?

Stranger still further - every now and again the from will work an email is sent?!!

i can't work it out?! - any help would really be appreciated.

Hello,

Please make sure that you have disabled and cleared the Cache from the installation that is now working properly and then test the functionality of the form again.
