The site here has conflicting info. Here it says the wrong file name www.rsjoomla.com/customer-support/docume...icensed-version.html

then it says on another post to backup then uninstall free and install pro. Did that. Then try to restore, failed.

JFolder::delete: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
Restore failed. Unfortunately we could not find an XML file in the archive.

Now What?????
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The article provides indication on how to update from the RSform! tryout to RSform! payed. Some while ago, RSform! was a commercial component and a tryout version was available.
