Hi

I have RS Form Pro installed and find it to be the easiest Joomla form builder of them all.

I have just completed a multi-page survey form and to encourage people to complete the form, I'd like to send them a unique numbered voucher.

Is it possible to add a plugin or function that would allow this? I think it would be a valuable addition, especially when expecting people to fill in a long form - some encouragement or reward would work wonders.

Although I'd like to send each person an ID no. eg. #1256
This way I can keep track of each order with an ID No.

I do something similar to this in that each form filled in has a reference number that is sent to the client. All you need to do is generate a counter and use it in your e-mail.

You can generate a counter for your form (as discussed in this article). If you wanted to get fancy, you could have a the numbering start at some big number (e.g., 1234).

As this method saves the counter to the database, it becomes a field that you can apply to your e-mail.

I must be doing smething wrong as in thew email all I get is:
Your order number is:{counter:value}
I'm using ver 3.0 and have copied the code and followed instructions to the letter.

Any ideas?
